Dowall Hall Farm Peak District England

Man. This place is AMAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAZING! I knew as soon as we turned off a main road across the Peak District that this place was going to be very. Very! Very special indeed!

  1. Stunning pics from the Peak District, we fancy a trip over there. Though I do like a bit of EHU!
You guys would enjoy Grisedale Farm at Leighton Moss. V.Quiet, with a good 6m circular walk

    • Will check it out, thanks Al. Still need to catch up and check out our vans! it’s just that life seems to have gone crazy and there’s never much time for anything these days…..We’ll be at Woodfest nr. St. Asaph the Bank Holiday weekend if that’s something you fancy?

      • If you do ever decide to check out Grizedale Farm, let me know – it’s practically on our doorstep.
Lovely photos as ever. Haven’t been to that part of the Peak for an age – oh, hang on, haven’t been to any part of the peak for an age!

  2. Nice views of Chrome Hill & Parkhouse Hill there. Great photos. Not far from where we live. Funny how we often neglect the delights right on our doorstep. We’re off up to the Yorkshire Dales this weekend.

    • If you live near there you’re very lucky indeed as the area is STUNNING ^_^ I get what you mean though: we’re 5 miles out from Llangollen which is a gorgeous area and we don’t go anywhere near often enough. Saying that though: have recently started making an effort ^_^ Hope you enjoy the Yorkshire Dales, another favourite of mine!

    • Thanks Rita ^_^ I also love the Lake District but find it quite crowded at times? The Peak District is only a couple of hours up the road and will definitely feature on this blog again. Hopefully very soon!
      Until soon,

  3. Beautiful scenery. I think I’ve said it before, but it really reminds me of the Faroe Islands although the sheep in your pictures are somewhat bigger:)

    • Maybe that’s my poor photography skills? But fear not, am about to have my first lesson so hopefully all sheep should be equal in size very soon. Ha! ^_^
